Our Returns Policy

We want you to be confident when shopping with Speedwurx.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law. Once you've notified us, you'll have a further 14 days to return the items.

Returned products must be unused, in a resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging wherever reasonably possible. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or function.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll put things right by offering an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
